We are seeking any information that would help us locate one of our family members. Her name is Lloyd Thompson she lives on Cleveland Ave. Ocean Springs, MS. We have not been able to make contact with her since the hurricane hit. If anyone knows her or has contact with her please have her contact Clare & Dolly Thompson in Pennsylvania. It would give us some piece of mind if anyone in Ocean Springs area would be kind enough to give us some information as to how Cleveland Ave. faired the hurricane. Our E-mail address: Clardoll@comcast.net OR KSchae0710@aol.com Thank you & God Bless

If anyone goes to the coast bring cash, gas, food and water. Gas is in very short supply and the few banks that are open have lines blocks long.

Hi all, My heart go's out to all of you. I'm looking for information on My Mother and Brothers house at 2512 Beachview Dr. in Ocean Springs. It is across the street from the marina. The last I heard was that they were in a shelter at a St. Martins and there was damage to it and they were moved to another location. I think it may have been to the Vancleave high school and I think they are ok and alive but have not heard from them. I want to come to Ocean Springs to pick them up are to help them fix their house are what ever. Is it possible to get into the area? If anyone could check out their house at 2512 Beachview Dr. and get back to me with the information or a photo of the condition it would help me a lot. I needed I will reimburse you for your gas and time. Thanks in advance I know every one is busy , with more important issues and request then this one but it is so important to me and I have no where else to go for it as I know no one in the area to turn too. My email address is mick@wavewls.com or my cell phone is 620-423-2806 Thanks again and God bless all of you in this time of need. Mick Tucker Parsons, Kansas Hi we have family off the main drag of beachview also. I am back in tampa now, but there home was fine. If they were close to the 3000 address there was no water, but I hate to tell you the marina in Gulf park Estates is gone just a boat on the land. I hope that your family is alright. The shelters are nice. My grandmother was at the New Biloxi High in Biloxi. Bless you all. :-/

I am writing for a fellow employee. He is missing his 94 yr old mother from Ocean Springs Nursing Center at 1199 Ocean Springs Rd. Can anyone tell us the condition of the facility and if the residents have been evacuated or not? I have done extensive searches to find out any information on OS Nursing Home and find nothing but others looking for the same thing. His mother's name is Gracie Lee Childs.

what wonderful news about some of downtown OS. I lived there for 8 years and my ex is still there and safe. I spoke with him very briefly and he said the damage is mind boggling, but some of the news on this site is encouraging. anyone knowing about a friend Kay Bruening and her daughter, natives of OS, please let me know. blessing to all elbarber
