We're thinking of you all on the Coast. I'm looking to see if anyone knows the Weindel family from E. Belle Fontaine Road in Ocean Springs, I worked with Sandra Weindel and knew of her boys. We lived in Waveland for many years, and still have a special love for the area. Please if anyone has any information, please either post it here or email me at JJ_WEBBER@YAHOO.COM Thank you so much and God Bless all of you and give you strength. Best regards, Jan

This is for everyone here looking for friends or family. We must put our trust in the lord in these trying times. Our fears, anxiety, everything that is going on in our lives,He understands.Even through such a horrible event,Jesus is with all of us,He will never leave us.My prayers are not for just the people that were directly affected by this nasty storm, but also for us,the ones that care about people.I am hoping to hear from my ex wife.I just spoke with her about a month ago after not talking for almost 5 years. And it was so awesome to talk to her and her mom(I always called her momma). It was so funny how you take a guy from Boston(me) and I marry Lynn who was from Biloxi. Her mom(Barbara Seymour) and her Dad(Walter Larry Seymour) were so much more than just "in laws".Even though it did not work out between us,the whole Seymour family will always be a big part of me and a big part of that were the trips to Mississippi.I'll never forget the po boys, catfish and red beans and rice.Hopefully,Barbara or Lynn will read this or at least hear about it.Thanks to all for walking with me down memory lane.I will contnue to pray for all of you and your families."Judge people by their heart, for God gave us all a heart and the gift of compassion,it's just that some choose not to use it".

I am looking for my dad and his wife who stayed to ride out the storm. His name is Robert Doty and his wife is Emily Doty. He lives on 6209 Byron Drive near Old Fort Bayou according to a map. I am very concerned and cannot find any information on the area on National News. I know that all of you in the area are already overwhelmed with this tragedy, but if someone can help I would surely appreciate it. Please call if/when you can or email: 860/917-5392 or paigeeb@sbcglobal.net You are all in our prayers and I am so truly sorry for your losses.

They have been located and are safe. Their home is still standing with severe roof damage. They said that about 12 homes in that area are still standing. The house wasn't even flooded. I can't believe it! So, just when I thought the worst with the news reports and photos on the web, there is hope. Don't give up hope for your loved ones! I wish everyone the best in their search.
